Shipping

I ship orders via InPost parcel lockers or UPS courier (Polish Post is also available in some locations).

Delivery within Poland takes 1 business day. European delivery takes 3–5 business days (if you choose Polish Post, delivery times may vary depending on your location).

I work Monday to Friday, and for ready-made products (available off the shelf), processing, packing and shipping usually takes one day – meaning your parcel sets off on its journey to you the day after your purchase.

HEADS UP! If you’d like to order with delivery outside the Schengen Area, please check whether your country applies any additional import charges.

Returns & Exchanges

I accept returns and complaints for ready-made products purchased through blahol.com. For personalised products sold on a pre-order basis, unfortunately I’m unable to accept returns. However, these products are covered by a warranty and you are welcome to file a complaint.

Product Returns You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item, or on which a third party other than the carrier (as indicated by you) took possession of the item.

Costs: You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the item (i.e. shipping it back to me).

Return address: BLAHOL messenger bags, ul. Suwak 4, 02-676 Warszawa.

Refunds: I will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to a different arrangement. I always aim to issue refunds promptly, as taking good care of my customers is something I genuinely care about.

Please include the completed Return Form with your returned item.

Complaints & Warranty Claims To help me process your complaint as quickly as possible, please get in touch by phone or send a brief description along with a photo of the defect to [email protected]. I’ll review your complaint within 14 days of receiving it and do my best to determine whether the issue is a manufacturing defect or the result of improper use. If it turns out to be a manufacturing defect, I’ll repair it as quickly as possible and send it back to you, covering the shipping costs both ways.

Warranty

All products I make come with a three-year warranty, covering the craftsmanship and quality of construction. I only use the highest quality fabrics, hardware and zippers in my work. These materials are built to last well beyond the three years I guarantee, though in extreme cases, with very intensive everyday use, components like velcro or zippers may wear out before that time. Honestly, you’d have to put in quite an effort to use one of my products hard enough for it to give out before the three-year mark.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, I offer several payment options.

PayPal: A payment service that allows businesses and individuals to send and receive payments online using just an email address. PayPal works like a digital wallet, making checkout quick and easy.

PayU: The pay-by-link option is a direct transfer service designed for people who value speed and security when paying online. Simply click the generated link, which takes you straight to your online banking, where all you need to do is confirm the transaction. No filling in company details, just one click and you’re done! Pay-by-link is handled by PayU and works with most Polish banking systems. This method also supports BLIK payments.

Card payments: Visa and Mastercard payments are processed via Stripe. Card and e-transfer transactions are handled through Dotpay.pl.

CVV2/CVC2 is the three-digit code on the back of your payment card. When shopping online, you’ll be asked to provide this code to verify that you are the cardholder.

Philosophy

My goal, from the very beginning up to this day, has been to make solid, well-crafted things. To achieve that, I use carefully selected fabrics and hardware that contribute to the quality and durability of each product. Everything I make is crafted with care, with the aim of making it last as long as possible. I like simple solutions, because in my experience, simple is what stands the test of time.

Materials

My go-to material is Cordura®, a high-quality technical fabric used in military gear, motorcycle clothing and top-of-the-line outdoor equipment. It has been tested in the toughest conditions around the world and is highly resistant to rain, tears and abrasion.

The second fabric I’ve been getting increasingly fond of is X-Pac®, an advanced multi-layer technical laminate developed by Dimension-Polyant, a company known for making sailcloth. It stands out for its exceptional lightness, waterproofing and strong resistance to tearing and abrasion.

All zippers I use in my products come from YKK, a Japanese company and the world leader in its field.

User Map

Thanks to the quality and durability of my materials and the care I put into every piece, my products have found their way to customers all around the world. Enthusiasts and professionals alike use my bags not only in Poland, but across Europe, in the United States, Brazil and even Japan.

About Me

I’m Marcin Blahol and I love sewing (but even more than that, I love creating, coming up with ideas and solving tricky problems with simple solutions).

The BLAHOL story begins in 2006, when the very first bag was made, back then still with the black and red BLACHO Bag 23 logo on the flap. It’s one of those stories where the main character decides to throw away his orderly life and do what he loves. Yes, it’s a romantic story, and it’s one that has stretched all the way to today.

With no conscious marketing or PR strategy, but through hard work, passion and a belief that doing what you do well is enough, I fulfill my mission every single day.
